RETURNS POLICY

Notification of returns must be received within 7 days of delivery of the item

Returns are only accepted by prior notification and after the issue of a returns number, please email.

UK - Your statutory rights are observed under ‘The Distance Selling Regulations’.

However for ‘Made to Order’ items the 20% deposit is non-returnable due to the individual nature of the order.

Exchange items, the customer will be responsible for all return and exchange postage costs

Overseas - Returns from overseas customers are only accepted for faulty goods (to be determined by Lancashire Pike Clothing)or goods lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty items must be returned to Lancashire Pike Clothing and a decision on whether the goods are faulty will lie solely with Lancashire Pike Clothing. If goods are deemed to be faulty, a full refund for the item including any associated postage costs will be made.

Goods damaged or lost in transit may be subject to a refund once a determination has been arrived at by the delivery service and Lancashire Pike Clothing as to the cause or blame.
